TrimRx SMS Privacy Notice
This notice explains how MetaFit Pharma Solutions LLC, doing business as TrimRx, handles information used for its text messaging program.
Information we collect
Depending on the opt-in path, we collect a mobile phone number and consent evidence such as the date and time, the disclosure shown, the source page, locale, IP address, user agent, or the agent handling a customer-initiated call. For an OTP request, we also record that the customer requested account linking.
How we use SMS information
We use this information only to send the message the customer requested or authorized: a one-time verification code; a one-time customer-requested account or payment link needed to correct or complete an existing purchase, including an selected checkout or payment option; or recurring marketing messages when separate written marketing consent exists. OTP and customer-care consent do not authorize marketing.
No sale or promotional sharing
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf, protect the service, or comply with law.
Frequency, charges, and choices
OTP messages are sent once per user request. Customer-care links are sent once per affirmative request. Marketing message frequency varies, up to five messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After a marketing opt-out, essential messages requested by the customer may still be sent under a separate transactional authorization.
Retention and security
We retain mobile numbers and consent records only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, honor communication preferences, demonstrate compliance, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect this information.
