Program messages

TrimRx may send (1) a one-time passcode requested to authenticate and link a TrimRx account with Sculpi, (2) a one-time account or payment link requested by a customer during a live support call to correct or complete an existing purchase, including the checkout or payment option selected by the customer, and (3) recurring promotions, discounts, and product offers after separate express written marketing consent.

Consent and message frequency

Each OTP or customer-care message requires a separate customer request and does not enroll the customer in marketing. A customer-care payment link only delivers the purchase correction or payment method already agreed during the live call. Marketing consent is voluntary, is collected through an unchecked checkbox, and is not a condition of purchase. Marketing message frequency varies, up to five messages per month.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms, coverage, and charges govern your wireless service. Delivery is subject to carrier availability.
